OUR CANCELATION POLICY
When we book an appointment we hold that time for you. We don’t double book, we look for other time slots for our patients. We may have to turn away patients if there is no other time available.
When cancellations are made in less than 48-hours, it greatly affects our schedule and the business.
We keep it simple. Less than 48-hour notice including covid related, the fee is 100 percent of the service booked. NO EXCEPTIONS.
